Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Golden Benchmark Advisory ("we") handles personal data in the Investment Unit Trust, Stock Tracker & Financial Planning service, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Data about you (the subscriber)

We collect your name, email, mobile number, company name, password (stored only as a salted hash) or Google sign-in identifier, login times, and subscription and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor Curlec and are not stored by us. We use this data to run your account, bill your subscription, provide support and send service notices.

2. Your clients' data

• Client information you enter or import (names, NRIC numbers, holdings, account balances, policies, family details, will instructions) is stored in your account so that you can use it on your devices. For this data you are the data user and we act on your instructions.
• PDF statements are read inside your browser. The original PDF files are not sent to our server; only the figures and details the app extracts are saved in your account.
• We do not sell client data, use it for marketing, or share it with anyone except our infrastructure providers (below) or where the law requires.

3. Where data is stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (database and servers), which may be located outside Malaysia. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Payments are processed by Curlec. Google sign-in is provided by Google.

4. Keeping data safe

Access to your data requires your login. Sessions expire after 30 days. Repeated wrong passwords are blocked. You should use a strong password, log out on shared devices and keep your device secure.

5. How long we keep data

While your account is open. If you close your account or it stays expired for 12 months, we delete stored data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep records (for example invoices).

6. Your rights

You may access and correct your data in the app, export it at any time, and ask us to delete your account. Clients who want to access or correct their data should contact their consultant. Write to goldenbenchmarkadvisory@gmail.com.

7. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and tell subscribers about important ones by email.
