Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Investment Unit Trust, Stock Tracker & Financial Planning service ("the Service") provided by Golden Benchmark Advisory ("we", "us"), Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is for financial and unit trust consultants and their firms ("you") to analyse and present information to their own clients. You must be at least 18 and, where your work requires it, hold the licences or registrations needed (for example FIMM registration for unit trust consultants).

2. Free trial and subscription

• New accounts get a free trial (currently 7 days). No payment details are needed for the trial.
• After the trial you need a paid subscription (currently RM49 per month or RM490 per year) to keep using the Service. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically through our payment processor (Curlec) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in My account; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.

3. Your clients' data

• You decide what client information you put into the Service and remain responsible for it as the data user under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). You must obtain your clients' consent, tell them how their data is used, and keep it accurate.
• We store and process that data only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it or use it to contact your clients.
• You can export your data at any time. After your account is closed we delete stored data within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

4. Not financial advice

The Service is a tool. Figures, projections, ratios, risk categories, insurance needs and will checklists are based on the information and assumptions entered and on third-party data (such as the FIMM daily price list) that may be late or wrong. They are not guaranteed and are not legal, tax or investment advice. Advice given to clients is your professional responsibility. Will checklists are instructions for a lawyer or trust company and are not wills.

5. Acceptable use

Do not share your login, resell the Service, upload unlawful content, try to access other users' data, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions made using the Service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Independence

We are not affiliated with AHAM Asset Management, FIMM, any bank, insurer or other institution whose statements the Service can read. Their names are used only to identify documents.
